DMCA and content removal
Telugu Sex Video indexes videos published by third parties. We do not produce them. If material here infringes your rights, or shows you and you want it gone, tell us and we will act.
Removal for any person shown in a video
If you appear in a video on this site and did not consent to it being published, or you have withdrawn that consent, write to [email protected] with the page URL. You do not need to be the copyright owner and you do not need a lawyer. Requests of this kind are treated as urgent, and the video is removed while we look into it rather than after.
Copyright infringement notices
Send notices to [email protected]. To be actionable, a notice needs all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- The full URL of every page on this site you are asking us to act on. A title alone is not enough to identify a video.
- Your name, address and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We aim to review complete notices within two business days. Where a notice is valid we remove the material and record the removal so the same video is not re-indexed. Where a notice is incomplete we reply saying what is missing — we do not discard it.
Counter-notice
If your video was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address, including the material removed and where it appeared, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error.
Repeat infringers
Channels that are the subject of repeated valid notices are removed from the index entirely.
